Resend History displays all addresses that have been sent the current report after it was initially generated. This list only displays addresses that received the report from a manual resend. To identify addresses that received the report when it was first generated see the Sent To section above.
Reports must be sent to one or more email address. The Sent To section of report history includes both individual addresses and groups of addresses. Non-email addresses in a group will be ignored for the purpose of reports.
The report history contains a list of all reports that have been created for an organization. Filter You can narrow down the list of reports by selecting various options in the report filter. You can also hide the filter options by pressing the Hide Filter button. Date Generated Date generated is the date that the specific report file was created. On the device setup screen there is a reporting option to generate txt summary reports. This report can be delivered daily, weekly or monthly as a text based email to the addresses you specify. The report includesproblems detected, number of successes, failures, average response time, response time deviation, downtime percentage, and uptime percentage.
The PDF Summary by Task Report can be scheduled on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
There are a number of different dashboards available in your Dotcom-Monitor account. You can access the dashboards by clicking Configure in the top menu navigation and selecting dashboards. A dashboard is a web page used to visualize current or recent data about your monitored devices. To view longer term historical data you can set up custom reports. Once you have created a dashboard you will want to save or bookmark the unique URL, as you can then open the dashboard from anywhere without having to log in to the system.
