An audit trail is available by clicking Audit under the Account menu on the top right of the website.

The audit trail displays all changes to your organization account.  The audit trail tracks when each user logs in, when a device is added, changed or updated; and when a report is run and sent.

Clicking the detail link to the right of a change log will show you a table of all fields on the updated page.  The fields changed on the page are highlighted and display the old value and the new value.
